About Me

Now a (very) seasoned writer and editor specializing in food and beverage, I started my career in Boston, where I worked as a freelancer for numerous publications—including beloved alt-newspapers the Boston Phoenix and the Weekly Dig (RIP)—while serving as the local editor for Zagat (ditto) and Gayot.

Upon moving to Denver in 2007, I began covering the Mile High dining scene for not only Zagat but many other outlets, among them Eater, Thrillist, and 5280; over the years, I have also contributed to Condé Nast Traveler, Tasting Table, TimeOut, Today, Hemispheres, Gastronomica, Imbibe, and the list goes on.

I'm delighted to say I continue to do so today; additionally, I serve as managing editor at national trade beverage magazines The Tasting Panel and The SOMM Journal
